BACON ROUND STEAK 
1 round steak, cut in serving pieces
1/2 lb. bacon
Thinly cut potatoes
Slied onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Lay strips of bacon on bottom of electric skillet. On top of bacon, put round steak. Then lay onions and potatoes. Season steak well and 240 degrees for 1 hour.

Turned out great. I used a meat tenderizer mallet on the beef and Ore Ida hash browns (shredded) instead of sliced potatoes. Also added a splash of EVOO. The bacon MADE this dish. Meat was super tender. Thanks for the recipe!!!
