ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. round steak 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 c. water 1 can cream of mushroom soup Cut round steak in thin strips (easiest when meat is slightly frozen). Mix water and onion soup; add mushroom soup. Pour over meat in 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. Serves 3 to 4. |
