ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 average tenderized round steak
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1/4 c. red pimientos
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. fat or oil
1 beef bouillon cube
Meat tenderizer
1/2 c. green pepper
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Grease casserole dish, put in rice. Put bouillon cube in hot water. Add to rice. Add vegetables and mushroom soup. Tenderize meat, cube and brown in oil. Add to casserole. Pour in soy sauce and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until meat is done.
