CHEESE CHILIES CORNBREAD 
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. minced scallions
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat together eggs, butter and yogurt in mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended, add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into well greased heavy 10 inch skillet and bake 25 minutes or until done.
