OLD FASHIONED BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
1 lg. tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
2 lg. egg yolks, slightly beaten

Melt butter in skillet until it browns. Stir in the 2 tablespoons flour. Add milk, brown sugar, slightly beaten egg yolks. Boil, then cook until thickened, stirring most of the time. Pour in a baked pie shell.

TOPPING: Use a meringue topping or Cool Whip, whichever you prefer.
