PASTA AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. favorite pasta (I use rotelle)
1 bunch broccoli
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare pasta. Steam broccoli and drain. Drain pasta and return pasta to pot. While still warm, blend broccoli, pasta, butter, and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a deep bowl to keep warm. A great side dish or a terrific main dish with a salad and Italian bread.
