PASTA WITH BROCCOLI 
8 oz. quill shaped pasta
1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. bread crumbs

Cook [pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking time; drain and place in bowl.

In same pan, heat oil over medium heat; add garlic. Cook about 1 minute until softened; return pasta and broccoli into pan. Stir to coat thoroughly. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Place on serving platter; keep warm.

In same pan melt butter over high heat; add bread crumbs and cook, stirring 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle over pasta. 6 servings.
