PASTA WITH SPICED BROCCOLI &
SUNDRIED TOMATOES
 
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. garlic, slivered
2 c. fresh or frozen chopped broccoli
12 oz. angel hair or other pasta
1 c. sun dried tomatoes, softened in boiling water, drained
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne pepper

Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, drain. Saute garlic in oil until browned. Add broccoli and sun dried tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dash of cayenne pepper. Toss broccoli mixture with pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
