PASTA WITH SUNDRIED TOMATOES AND
BROCCOLI
 
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 oz. pignoli nuts
2 oz. sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, blanched and chopped
1 lb. pasta
Parmesan cheese

Heat oil, add garlic, pignoli nuts, tomatoes, and broccoli. Add cooked pasta. Sprinkle with lots of Parmesan cheese.
