BROCCOLI AND PASTA 
1 head fresh broccoli, cleaned and cut up
1 lb. spaghetti or any pasta, cooked according to directions
1/4 to 1/2 c. olive oil
2 clover garlic

Have broccoli in large colander, drain pasta over broccoli in same colander just to blanch it. Simmer oil and garlic cloves (cut up) until garlic is slightly brown, save 1 cup or more of water from pasta. Transfer pasta and broccoli into large bowl. Pour oil and water over pasta. Toss and enjoy.
