CHICKEN - GOOD FOR A PARTY 
8 pieces chicken breasts, boned & skinned
8 slices Virginia country ham, thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 strips bacon
Paprika

Line long shallow casserole dish with ham. Wrap bacon around each chicken breast. Put on top of ham. Mix in bowl sour cream and soup. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, uncovered. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
