CHICKEN - LICKIN' GOOD PORK
CHOPS AND RICE
 
6-8 lean pork chops
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder, optional
2 tbsp. oil
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 soup can water
1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)

Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place soup, water and rice in crock pot. Put browned pork chops on top. Cover and cook for 2 hours on medium heat. Cooking time varies with thickness of chops.
