MUSHROOM CANAPES 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 sm. onion, minced
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash mushrooms; pat dry. Remove stems and chop. Place caps in buttered baking dish. Saute stems, onion, and parsley in butter. Add bread crumbs, salt, and pepper; stir well. Stuff caps with mixture; bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
