CRAB MEAT CANAPES 
9 slices white bread
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) crab meat flaked
1 sm. onion grated
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Remove crusts from bread; cut each in four squares or triangles. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on bread. Place on cookie sheets and broil until golden brown. These can be made and refrigerated ahead of time. Makes about 50.
