BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 box chopped frozen broccoli, cooked
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Saute onion in butter. Add cheese, mushroom soup and milk. Warm until melts. Add broccoli and water chestnuts, pour into casserole and stir uncooked rice. Cover and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
