1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. butter
1 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 - 2 c. buttermilk

Have everything at room temperature. Put butter and butter into mixer and beat real slow. Use 1/4 cup milk and cream at a time. Beat until mixed well.
