WHEAT GERM MUFFINS 
2/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Combine next 4 ingredients, beat until smooth. Add egg mixture to dry mixture. Stir until moist.

Spoon into muffin tins, filling 2/3 full.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yields 6 muffins.
