POTATO - HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese, cheddar
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break up frozen potatoes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix all other ingredients except potato chips and pour mixture over hash browns. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
