GREEN CHILIE ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt to taste

SAUCE:

1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos

Brown ground beef, onion and salt; drain.

To make sauce: Over low heat in saucepan melt cheese, milk, soup, green chilies and pimentos.

Dip tortillas in hot water to make pliable. Put 1 heaping tablespoon of meat mixture on tortillas and roll up as tightly as possible. Place in 13x9x2 baking dish until full. Pour melted sauce on top of enchiladas. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
