GREEN CHILE SOUR CREAM
ENCHILADAS
 
1 sm. can diced green chile
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-1/2 c. of chicken
Corn tortillas (approx. 1 doz.)
Longhorn or cheddar cheese

Mix green chile, sour cream, soup, and chicken in a saucepan. Add 1 soup can of milk. Heat until bubbly. Soften tortillas in mixture, then put tortillas in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put some mixture on the tortillas, then a layer of cheese, then soften tortillas again. Layer tortillas, mixture, then cheese until gone. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
