GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
3 lbs. lean hamburger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 dozen corn tortillas, crumbled
1 sm. can green chilies
1 onion, diced
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Cook meat with salt and garlic until brown. Stir soups into meat. Line bottom of baking dish with crushed tortillas. Alternate layers with meat, green chili strips, onion and grated cheese, ending with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
