GREEN CHILI ENCHILADA PIE 
Brown:

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

Add to meat mixture:

1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. water

Grease 8 x 8 inch baking dish and line with corn tortillas (tear them in half). Put half meat mixture over them. Then half can chopped green chili and a layer of grated cheddar cheese over them. Another layer of tortillas, meat, green chili, cheese, etc.

Pour a little milk around edges of pan to prevent sticking. Bake until bubbly at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Double this recipe for large cake pan.)

Serving, cut in squares, add lettuce, grated cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream.
