GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
2 lb. ground meat
1 can Rotel green chili & tomatoes
1 onion
2 c. grated longhorn cheese
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
6 flour tortillas (6-8)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chili peppers

Cook meat, onions, green chilies and tomatoes until meat is brown. Drain. Roll mixture in flour tortillas. Place in baking dish.

In saucepan melt following: 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 sm. can green chili peppers 1 sm. can milk

Pour over tortillas and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
