GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans chili con carne
Salt and pepper to season
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. crushed corn chips

Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add chili con carne, salt and pepper. Skim off excess fat and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle onion, cheese and corn chips over the top. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with a tossed green salad.
