TENDERLOIN TIPS 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 cans mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4 c. sherry

Cut stew meat into bite size pieces. Put drained mushrooms on top of meat in 9x13 inch pan. Combine water, soup mix and sherry. Pour over meat-mushroom mixture. Seal completely with foil. Steam must not escape. Do not peek. Bake 2 hours in sealed pan at 350 degrees. Serve over white rice.

Note: Meat mushroom mixture can be made ahead and frozen. Great for working gals. Top with soup-sherry mixture while still frozen, set the oven for time bake and dinner will almost be ready when you get home in the evening. Elegant enough to serve your finest guests. One of our favorites.
