STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers, flat bottoms
3/4 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 sm. egg
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Take tops off and remove seeds from green peppers. Mix with your hands: hamburger, rice, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and tomato soup. Spoon this mixture into 4 green peppers. Put peppers in a greased cake pan. Have them stand up. Add water, and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover during last 10 minutes.
