STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS | |
4 lg. green peppers 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. rice (pre-cooked) 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 egg 15 oz. tomato sauce 1/2 c. grated cheese Add 1/2 the can of tomato sauce to stuffing. Clean green peppers and boil for 5 minutes. Cool. Place in casserole and stuff. Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees. |
