CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE | |
1 box graham crackers 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding 2 c. milk 1 can milk chocolate frosting Line 9x13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Mix together pudding and 2 cups milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture on graham crackers (whole) on top of pudding mixture. Add remaining pudding mixture. Place last layer of graham crackers. Top with fudge or milk chocolate frosting. Refrigerate 12 - 24 hours. |
