ECLAIR CAKE 
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 box graham crackers
3 1/2 c. milk

Layout graham crackers in 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix 2 (3 ounce) instant puddings and 3 1/2 cups of milk. Fold in 12 ounces Cool Whip.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. Karo syrup
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. liquid cooking oil
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Put 1/2 of mixture over graham crackers. Layer again with graham crackers and rest of pudding mixture. Top with 3rd layer of graham crackers. Frost over graham crackers and place in refrigerator for few hours before serving.
