ECLAIR CAKE 
1 lb. box graham crackers
2 sm. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 can chocolate frosting

Butter bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Line with graham crackers. Do Not Crush Crackers. Mix pudding and milk; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour over crackers about 1/2 of the mixture. Place second layer of crackers over pudding. Pour rest of pudding over second layer of crackers and cover with remaining crackers. Refrigerate and then frost.
