BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. tomato sauce
6 oz. cooked beef
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. yogurt

Saute onion and mushrooms. Add water and bouillon cube, then tomato sauce. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Add cooked beef and cornstarch. Stir until thickened. Stir in yogurt. Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
