SHRIMP & TASSO QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) deep pie shell
15 to 18 med. shrimp, peeled, cut in half
5 green onions, chopped
1/4 lb. Tasso sausage, diced
1/8 tsp. J.D.'s Magic
1/8 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 med. eggs, or 3 lg.
1/2 c. pizza cheese
1/3 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Polander's garlic, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
8 oz. light cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, blanch shrimp in 1/2 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon salt for 2 minutes. Drain in colander. In pie shell, lay shrimp, green onions and Tasso on bottom of shell. Sprinkle with Vegetable Magic, Cajun seasoning and parsley. In blender, place Swiss cheese, eggs, pizza cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic, salt and cream. Blend until ingredients are chopped and blended well, approximately 20 to 30 seconds. Do not whip. Pour this mixture into the pie shell. With a teaspoon, gently mix all ingredients together in shell. Place in oven and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
