SHRIMP QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
1/4 lb. mild Cheddar, grated
1/4 lb. Muenster, grated
10 oz. pkg. baby shrimp
Parsley flakes to taste
1/2 c. milk
2 heaping tbsp. flour

Mix all above ingredients together except shrimp. Put shrimp on bottom of pie shell - (prebake 9 inch pie shell 5 minutes at 400 degrees). Pour mixture on top of shrimp. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then lower to 350 degrees for 20 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
