SHRIMP QUICHE 
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. sm. frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 green onions, chopped
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Toss cheese with flour in large bowl. Cook shrimp using package directions; rinse. Combine next 6 ingredients; add to cheese. Fold in shrimp. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
