MINIATURE SHRIMP QUICHES 
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can tiny shrimp
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Pinch of red pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cream
Cream cheese patty sheets

Place a shrimp in each miniature patty shell. Combine next seven ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Fill each patty shell with one heaping teaspoonful of custard mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until pastry is brown and the custard is set. Yield: 25 to 30 appetizers servings.
