HOT POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. potatoes, boiled & diced
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
Bacon drippings
1 tbsp. mustard
3/4 c. mayonnaise or more
1/4 c. vinegar (opt.)
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in baking dish. Grate Velveeta cheese over top. Bake until cheese is melted at 450 degrees. Best if served hot.
