CHICKEN NEW ORLEANS 
Chicken pieces
1 can tomato bisque soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 onion, sliced
1 bay leaf
1/2 green pepper, sliced into strips
Garlic powder to taste

In a skillet brown chicken. Add garlic powder. Add soup, lemon juice, onion and bay leaf. Cover skillet. Simmer one hour. Fifteen minutes before serving, place green pepper strips on top. Serve over rice.
