PESTO SAUCE 
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 big handfuls of fresh basil leaves
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 4 fresh garlic cloves
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Put oil in blender. Add basil and blend well. Add salt, garlic, or garlic powder, butter and blend well. Add cream cheese in chunks, blending after each addition, and blend thoroughly. Freezes very well.
