BEEF STEW 
12 1/2 lb. cubed beef
3 qt. water
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 lb. cubed potatoes
2 lb. sliced carrots
1 lb. cubes onions
1 1/2 lb. diced celery
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour
1 c. water

Brown beef in oven. Add water and seasonings (salt and pepper) to beef in large pans (as many as needed). Cover and simmer in oven 2 hours. Add more water as needed. Cook vegetables in microwave with small amount of water until done. Mix flour and water together and add to meat. Cook until thickened. Add vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees. After stew is all done, you could put biscuits on top of it and bake until biscuits are done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
