MEAT PIE 
1 pkg. Pet Ritz pie crusts (2)
1 lb. hamburger, raw
2 med. potatoes, peeled
1/4 chopped onion, sm.

In one unbaked pie crust, take 1/2 the hamburger and layer in small pieces. Cut 1 potato in about 1/2 inch cubes, place in a layer on top of the hamburger. Sprinkle the 1/4 chopped onion on top of the potatoes. Place the rest of the remaining hamburger in a layer in small pieces on top of the onion. Cube remaining potato and place on top of last hamburger layer. Salt and pepper to taste.

Invert remaining pie crust over filled pie crust, remove pie tin from top crust and pinch pie crusts together. Cut 4 to 5 slits in top pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
