PORK CHOP CASSEROLE I 
6-8 med. pork chops
1 bell pepper, small
1 onion, small
Salt
Pepper
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 c. rice

Salt and pepper pork chops; brown and place in bottom of Pyrex dish. Pre-cook 1 cup of rice until flaky (do not over-cook) and pour over pork chops. Cut bell pepper and onion over rice and pour can of golden mushroom soup on top.

Cover with lid for Pyrex dish and place in preheated oven at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Remove from oven and 2 of your meal items are ready. To add to this delight, serve with hot buttered rolls, ice tea and the vegetable of your choice.
