BROCCOLI BALLS 
1 pkg. broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
3/4 c. melted butter
1 lg. onion, chopped, fine
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
6 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients. Chill one hour. Roll in small balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. These are good with a meal or as an appetizer.
