BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. flour
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. butter
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 can beef broth
1 c. sour cream

Cut steak into thin strips and dust with mixture of flour and pepper. In large skillet brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Brown lightly.

Stir in beef broth; cover and cook at least 1 hour, or until meat is tender, stirring now and then. Gradually stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.
