POCATELLO POTATOES | |
8 to 10 potatoes, boiled 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 sm. jar pimentos 2 sticks butter, melted 2 slices bread cubes Onion salt Garlic salt Parsley flakes Paprika Cook potatoes with skin on. Peel and dice, cube cheese and sprinkle on top. Cook onion slightly in butter. Add to potatoes with pimento, bread cubes, onion, salt, garlic salt and parsley; toss. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 250 degree oven until cheese melts. |
