HAMBURGER PIE 
2 lbs. ground round beef
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. carton refrigerated biscuits

Saute beef and onion in frying pan until almost done; add salt to taste. Put beef in baking dish, add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Cut biscuits into quarters and completely cover top of mixture. Bake at 250 degrees until biscuits are brown. It's very delicious.
