HERB SCALLOPED TOMATOES 
4 c. canned tomatoes (cut up)
1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
1/4 tsp. leaf rosemary, crumbled
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. butter

In a buttered 2 quart casserole, mix together tomatoes and 1 1/2 cups of stuffing mix. Stir in onion, sugar and seasonings. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
