HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients and mix with a spoon. Pour batter into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Test center of cake with a toothpick. Combine all frosting ingredients and whip with beater. Spread over the cake when cool.
