HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1/4 lb. butter
1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda and pineapple in a bowl. Do not use electric mixer, beat well. Add coconut and nuts. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.

TOPPING: Bring butter and cream cheese to room temperature. Put all four ingredients into a bowl; mix at high speed until well blended. Spread on cake. Serve in small pieces.
