OREO CAKE 
1 lb. Oreo cookies
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 sticks butter
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding

Crumble up cookies, melt butter and pour on cookies. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Melt 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar. Pour on cookie mixture. Put in refrigerator 20 minutes.

Mix pudding as directed on package. Add pudding on top next and then the other Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Nuts and cherries can be added on top.
