1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 sticks butter
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Grate or crush cookies and use all but 3 or 4 cookies. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt butter and add to cookies and press down. Refrigerate 1 hour. Mix 1/2 Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over cookie mixture. Mix pudding. Spread over cheese mixture. Cover with 1/2 Cool Whip. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over the top. Refrigerate 4 hours.
